6000 series welding wire:
Aluminium-magnesium-silicon (6000 series) is medium-strength and is a heat-resistant reinforced alloy. Commonly used in automotive, plumbing, rail transit, construction and extrusion equipment. The 6000 series is prone to thermal cracking to some extent. But it can also be avoided by choosing the right filler alloy. Consider crack resistance. 4043 is the most commonly used filler wire in combination with this series of alloys. If it is necessary to perform deformation processing after welding, use 5356 or 5183.
